I showed a young coworker my bad emo hair from 2007 expecting the same laughter I get from fellow adults, but she deadass goes “it was cute tho?”
unironically this bombed me from orbit. that said, it’s honestly extremely endearing and nice to see the kids picking out the things about our teenage years they think were cool the same way we did about the generation before us at that age. This cycle continues without end, but I think it’s a nice cycle!!!
